Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer a $3.99 flat rate shipping cost. 

Free shipping for orders over $50.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lacyclaycollection@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen product.

If your product is defective, please email us with an image of your product at lacyclaycollection@gmail.com and we will send you a new product or issue you a full refund.

If package is returned to sender due to incorrect package/address details, buyer is responsible to pay for reshipment. 

If product becomes damaged by use of customer, we are not responsible. 

If you place multiple orders on the same day and pay shipping more than once we will refund the extra shipping costs to you, please message us before we ship your order!
